How to cure PCOS?
There is no such specific cure for PCOS, but it can be cured if one’s lifestyle gets improved. The major factor in curing this is to have a proper balanced diet and exercise.
- Diet: Diet should be balanced and rich in all nutrients. Junk food should be avoided and green vegetables should be consumed. One should avoid such food which may increases insulin levels in our body as in PCOS, the ability of our body to break down insulin is hampered. Hence sugar must be avoided as much as possible.
- Exercise: Physical activities such as exercise are very important for a healthy lifestyle. Also in PCOS, there are many chances of gaining weight, so exercise also helps in keeping a check on weight.
PCOS is a health issue which needs to be discussed so that people are more aware of it. Live a healthy lifestyle and problems such as PCOS can be avoided. As we all know health is wealth, so stay healthy and lead a happy life.
