mood. According to food Pyramid, adults should consume 3 cups of green leafy vegetables per day.

Fruits and vegetables:

It is important to consume 2 and a half to 3 cups of vegetables and two serving of fruit per day. Veggies and fruits are loaded with antioxidants, fiber, mineral, and vitamins. Which help to prevent chronic disease, cancer, controls blood pressure and more.

Proteins and Amino acids:

This kind of food is needed to be consumed moderately. It consists of sprouts and legumes, nuts and seeds.

Sprouts and legumes:

Sprouts are chart-topping as nutritious food. Enzymes break down the food and enhance the absorption by the digestive tract. They help in boosting your blood circulations by maintaining RBC. It is more advisable to eat sprouts at breakfast.

Nuts and seeds:

Nuts and seeds are super healthy edibles and a valuable inclusion to any health-conscious diet plan. As most nuts are rich in calories and fats, their excess consumption is inadvisable. But you can subsume a small handful of nuts and seeds to enjoy their health benefits.

Medicinal foods:

Medicinal food such as seaweed, nutritional yeast, herbs, micro greens and juicing grasses should be consumed sparingly. Adding these ingredients slightly in everyday food helps for tenacious body and immune system.
